Your First Visit
- Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment time to share information about your pet with us. If you are interested in a tour of the clinic, please let us know.
- Please obtain medical records from your previous veterinarian, if applicable, or call that office and give your permission for us to contact them directly for these records.
- Please bring a fresh stool sample (less than 8 hours old) in a clean, disposable container with a lid. If you need a container and instructions for collecting the sample, please contact us the day before your appointment and we will be happy to provide this at no charge.
- Please keep your dog on a leash and your cat in a cat carrier or on a leash for their safety.
- Please allow an extra 15 minutes for your first visit so we can become well acquainted with you and your pet.

Periodic Wellness Visit
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to update your client and pet records.

Payment Policy
- All services must be paid for at the time the services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and CareCredit. We will be happy to provide an estimate for the cost of recommended services, if desired.

- It is our policy not to share any of the information contained in your client and patient records, unless directed by you to do so.
